About Us

Who We Are

We are a highly experienced group of executive coaches committed to helping non-profit executives improve their leadership skills.

What We Do

Our mission is to give back to the non-profit sector by providing leaders with a free, comprehensive coaching experience

What's Included

  • An upfront assessment of the participant and situation
  • A 360 feedback process to provide the participant insight into their impact
  • Assistance establishing a robust action plan
  • At least four months of bi-weekly coaching on the focus areas identified by the participant

The engagement can be conducted virtually or in-person by The Coaches' Gift

Who is Eligible?

Eligibility

Any top leader of a non-profit organization or a planned succession candidate for the top role is eligible for the program. We will give priority consideration to leaders of organizations that would otherwise not be able to provide such an opportunity.

Pro-Bono

With the Coaches' Gift, all services are offered pro-bono. There will be no out-of-pocket expenses to the participant or the participant's organization.

Requirements for Participation

  • Approval of Board or Chief Officer if candidate is not the top leader
  • Commitment to program and to attend bi-weekly coaching sessions and respect the time of the coach.
  • Completion of the online application form by November 15th
